I haven’t always been into fitness, because frankly, I didn’t “need to be.” Growing up I was the skinniest kid in my class. I wanted to gain weight more than anything else in the world at the time. Well, be careful what you wish for Honey, because when I hit 25 years old, all hell broke loose.

Suddenly, everything on my body started to expand; I had no idea why nor how to fix it. To make things worse, my career as a Race Car Driver was taking off. Eventually, I had a few stints on television and it was then, when I saw myself on the tube, that I realized I had actually become fat.


Before I started racing, I had tried kickboxing for a while and enjoyed it a lot. So, when my racing career started to wind down, I decided it was time to jump back in the ring to see if I could loose those extra 30 pounds that I gained while on the road.

It took a tremendous amount of hard work and dedication, but 5 days a week and 90 days after I had begun, I had reached my goal! I went from a size 10 all the way down to a 4. My results were all I needed to never look back and ever since, I have been a kickboxing machine. Now with Kickboxing and Kiteboarding everyday, I’m in the best shape of my life with more energy than when I was in my 20’s.

My class is tough, but hey…it ain’t a knitting circle. You can expect to literally get your butt whopped. We don’t hit each other, but we train like we might have to one day. This is not just a cardio class. This is wrap your hands, put on your gloves, and get ready to punch and kick things like you mean it. All levels are welcome and we have equipment waiting for you. All you need to bring is your body, your willpower, and your kick ass attitude. What you will gain, is strength, power, and confidence.
